'Wherever the Wind Takes Me' and 'Random Musings'

Brilliant! This is my first ever blog post, and have so many ideas charging through my brain.
My mind is plagued by so many questions; how do I approach this, what do I say, and how often should post. (This is something all to familiar to those of you who are blogroller's)  But the one thing that I can ascertain for sure is that I will become a better writer and editor of my own work. I digress.

Anyways on to the real reason I have started this travel blog frenzy. Last year I sat and journaled what I wanted to be remembered for? I wrote down a whole series of questions about what legacy I, what adventure, what stories I or whether I was actually doing anything challenging or extraordinary. And light a flash and lightening bolt from heaven (cue angels singing) I decided I would travel the world in my lifetime (mostly solo). I figured 90 days was too short and wasn't about to slice my life in half. It was not as dramatic as i make it sound  but this thing whatever it is, desire, would take shape in the crazy and yet mundane of my everyday existence. i still need to work and juggle being a scholar but I would like fulfil this nagging ambition.

I am highly driven and determined to start and stick with something which is why in November I started the process. I don't have a clue in mind of the order of which to travel but i sure know thing I am not going to sit around and wait to figure it out.
I went on my first solo trip to Vienna, Austria (which i will post about later). But it was a thrilling and awe inspiring experience.
I'm learning so much about myself, diverse cultures and languages, and also the greatness of the Creator God.
This blog is a phenomenal way to interact with you all on my travels and document the experience.
